EABL Board Change
The Board of Directors of East African Breweries PLC (EABL) hereby announces the resignation of Mr. John Ulanga as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2024, having served as an Independent Director for a period of five (5) years.
The Board is extremely grateful to Mr. Ulanga for his sage counsel, invaluable business and professional advice, and authentic leadership as a Member of the Board and as Chair of Serengeti Breweries Limited and the Board Audit and Risk Management Committee.
The Board of Directors wishes Mr. Ulanga all the very best in his future endeavors and continued good health, happiness, success and prosperity.
